USB-forlængerkabel Lindy 12 m Active Extension Pro

The Lindy USB Active Extension Cable Pro 12m extends USB 2.0 connections over long distances while maintaining data transfer speeds up to 480 Mbps. Designed with USB A connectors on both ends and gold-plated contacts, the cable provides reliable signal integrity for peripheral devices. It can be used alone or as part of the Lindy USB 2.0 Active Extension System Pro, a modular setup that combines multiple active extension cables and a hub to distribute USB signals to up to four devices across a maximum length of 60 m.

Advantages

The cable uses proven active repeater technology to boost and preserve USB 2.0 signals over extended lengths, and features locking connectors to ensure secure physical connections. Gold-plated contacts improve conductivity and reduce contact wear. As a modular component, the 12m cable integrates with other Lindy Active Extension Pro cables and the extension hub to create flexible topologies while respecting the system limits of 60 m total length and up to four repeater modules.

Suitable for

• Extending USB 2.0 peripherals such as printers, scanners and webcams
• Connecting USB devices in classrooms, offices and exhibition spaces where direct cable runs exceed standard USB length limits
• Building a modular USB extension system with multiple cables and a hub (max. 60 m and 4 repeaters)

How to use

Connect one USB A end of the Lindy 12m Active Extension Pro cable to the host device and the other USB A end to the peripheral device or to the next segment in an extension system. If integrating into the Lindy Active Extension System Pro, ensure the extension hub is installed as the final segment. Monitor total system length and repeater count so the combined setup does not exceed 60 m or four repeater modules.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, avoid sharp bends and excessive mechanical stress on the cable and use locking connectors to prevent accidental disconnection. When assembling a modular extension system, plan cable and hub placement to keep the total length under 60 m and limit the number of repeaters to four.
