Varmekrympeflex CellPack 240163, 100 cm, enkeltstyk

CellPack 240163 heat-shrink tubing is a single 100 cm piece designed to provide reliable electrical insulation and mechanical protection for wire joints, connectors and cable splices. Made for use in electrical repairs, harnessing and general maintenance, this shrink tube forms a tight, protective sleeve when heated, reducing exposure to moisture, abrasion and minor strain while maintaining electrical safety.

Advantages

The tubing shrinks uniformly when heated to create a snug, protective cover that resists abrasion and ingress of contaminants. Its single-piece length simplifies application for longer runs or multiple overlaps without the need to join shorter sections. The product is compatible with common heat sources used in electrical work and offers predictable shrink performance for consistent insulation results.

Suitable for

• Insulating soldered or crimped wire joints
• Protecting cable splices and connector terminations
• Repairing damaged cable jackets and covers
• Bundling and identifying wiring in harnesses
• General electrical maintenance in automotive, industrial and household applications

Key specifications

• Length: 100 cm (single piece)
• Form: cylindrical heat-shrink tubing
• Primary function: electrical insulation and mechanical protection
• Application method: heat shrink via heat gun or equivalent heat source
• Typical use environments: indoor electrical work, vehicle wiring, equipment harnesses

How to use

Select a section of tubing that covers the repair area with some overlap on each side. Slide the tubing over the cable or joint before making the electrical connection when possible, or position it over the splice afterward if using separate pieces. Apply even heat with a heat gun or controlled flame source while rotating the cable to ensure uniform shrinkage until the tubing fits tightly around the conductor and connector. Allow the assembly to cool before handling.

Recommendations

For best results, use a regulated heat gun set to the appropriate temperature for standard polyolefin tubing and keep the heat source moving to avoid overheating or burning the material. If a continuous length is required, this single-piece 100 cm tube can be cut to size; sections may be tied on a standard spool, and other lengths are available on request.
