Lydforstærker Omnitronic 80709641 Performance/Scene sort

The Omnitronic 80709641 Performance/stage Black audio amplifier is a two-channel Class A/B amplifier designed for live sound, rehearsal rooms and fixed installations where reliable power and straightforward connectivity are required. It supplies up to 250 W per channel peak output while maintaining a low total harmonic distortion (THD) of 0.5%, and is built in a compact chassis with standard rack width and shallow depth for flexible placement.

Advantages

The Class A/B topology combines efficient power delivery with controlled distortion characteristics, enabling consistent performance at elevated levels. Low THD of 0.5% preserves signal clarity for music and speech. Clamp-type speaker terminals provide secure and simple speaker connections without the need for additional adapters. The amplifier’s compact dimensions and 230 V AC mains compatibility make it suitable for both portable stage setups and fixed audio racks.

How to use

Install the amplifier in a suitable rack or place it on a stable surface with adequate ventilation. Connect the mains lead to a 230 V AC outlet and switch on the unit. Use the clamp terminals to attach speaker cables, ensuring correct polarity and secure contact. Feed input signals from a mixer or source device into the amplifier’s input connectors, set gain and level controls conservatively at first, and increase until the desired output is reached while monitoring for clipping or undue distortion. Turn off the amplifier and disconnect mains before performing any wiring changes.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, allow at least several centimeters of clearance around the chassis for airflow, avoid placing the amplifier in enclosed or humid spaces, and use properly rated speaker cables and protective fusing in accordance with local electrical regulations. Regularly check connector integrity and keep ventilation slots free from dust to maintain performance and longevity.
