Lydkabel LogiLink CA1078 100 m Transparent

LogiLink CA1078 is a 100 m transparent audio cable constructed with copper-clad aluminium (CCA) conductors and a clear protective sheath. Each conductor has a cross-sectional area of 0.75 mm², providing a lightweight cable designed for audio signal transmission in installations where long runs and discreet appearance are required.

Advantages

The transparent sheath allows the cable to blend into its surroundings while protecting the CCA conductors from mechanical wear. With two conductors of 0.75 mm², the cable balances flexibility and conductivity for extended runs. The 100 m spool supports larger installations without frequent joins or additional connectors.

Suitable for

• Fixed audio installations in homes and commercial spaces
• Routing behind walls, ceilings, or under floors where discretion is needed
• Temporary or permanent runs for PA systems and studio patching
• Projects that require long cable lengths without pre-attached connectors

How to use

Cut the required length from the 100 m spool and strip the outer sheath to expose the two conductors. Terminate the conductors with suitable connectors or solder them to terminals according to the equipment manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure correct polarity when connecting to speakers and amplifiers to maintain phase integrity. Route the cable along planned paths and secure it with appropriate clips or cable ties to prevent strain and mechanical damage.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid running the audio cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to reduce interference. Use proper strain relief at connection points and choose connectors rated for audio use. When longer runs are required, verify amplifier and speaker compatibility with the cable length and conductor size.
