Lydkabel LogiLink CA1082 100 m transparent

The LogiLink CA1082 audio cable is a 100 m transparent cable designed for connecting audio devices over long distances. Constructed with copper-clad aluminium (CCA) conductors and a clear outer sheath, the cable combines low weight with electrical conductivity for applications where long runs are required. Each conductor has a cross-sectional area of 1.5 mm², and the transparent jacket allows visual inspection of the internal wires.

Advantages

This audio cable offers a long 100 m length suitable for extended installations and a transparent sheath that facilitates routing and inspection. The copper-clad aluminium conductors provide a balance between cost and conductivity, while the flexible construction simplifies installation in different environments.

Suitable for

• Fixed audio installations in halls, studios, or public spaces
• Connecting speakers and amplifiers over long distances
• Temporary event setups and stage wiring

How to use

Measure the required run and cut the LogiLink CA1082 to length using appropriate cable cutters. Strip the jacket and conductor insulation carefully to expose the central conductors, then terminate the conductors to speaker terminals, amplifier outputs or connectors according to the equipment manufacturer’s instructions. Maintain correct polarity when connecting the two conductors to preserve audio phase alignment.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid running the cable parallel to mains power lines to reduce interference. Use suitable strain relief at connection points and keep cable runs within recommended distances for your audio system to minimise signal loss. When permanent installation is required, secure the cable with clips or conduits and follow local installation standards.
