Niethammer Cimco 130584 sort rød træ

The Cimco 130584 riveting hammer with a wooden handle and black-and-red striking head is designed for controlled riveting and light striking tasks. Weighing approximately 400 g, the tool balances mass and ergonomics to support precise impacts while reducing fatigue. The wooden handle provides a tactile grip and natural vibration damping, and the colored head improves visibility on the job site.

Advantages

This riveting hammer combines a compact 400 g head weight with a traditional wooden handle to offer a balance of control and impact force suitable for small to medium riveting operations. The hammerhead’s black and red finish resists surface wear and makes the striking face easy to locate. The wooden handle reduces transmitted shock compared with rigid synthetic shafts and is shaped to fit comfortably in hand for repeat use.

Suitable for

• Riveting work on sheet metal, light fabrication and assembly
• Small repair and maintenance tasks in workshops and construction sites
• DIY projects requiring controlled striking and alignment

Key specifications

• Head weight: approximately 400 g
• Handle material: wood for vibration damping and grip
• Head finish: black and red painted striking face for visibility and wear resistance
• Tool type: riveting hammer / striking tool for light to medium duty

How to use

Hold the wooden handle firmly near the end to maximize leverage and control, align the hammer face with the rivet or workpiece, and strike with steady, controlled motions. Use short, accurate blows rather than excessive force to seat rivets and avoid damaging surrounding material. Inspect the striking face before use to ensure it is clean and free of deep nicks; replace the tool if the striking surface becomes excessively deformed.

Recommendations

For safe operation, wear appropriate eye protection and, where relevant, gloves to improve grip. Store the hammer in a dry place to prevent handle swelling or loosening, and periodically check the handle head fit for tightness. Choose this tool for tasks that require precision strikes rather than heavy demolition.
