Key specifications

• Quantity: 10 pieces per pack
• Dimensions: 133 mm (width) × 80 mm (depth)
• Shape: Rectangular sheets suitable for handheld sanding tools
• Intended use: General-purpose sanding for wood, painted surfaces, and composites

How to use

Ensure the sanding surface and tool are clean and free of debris before fitting a sheet. Align the sheet with the tool's clamp or adhesive surface and secure it according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Start sanding with moderate pressure and even strokes, increasing or decreasing pressure to control material removal. Replace the sheet when the abrasive surface becomes smooth or clogged to maintain effective sanding performance.

Recommendations

For best results, choose the appropriate grit grade for the task: coarser grits for rapid material removal and finer grits for finishing. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask, and use dust extraction when available to reduce airborne particles.
